Typical applications
- Juice and fruit drinks
- Water and flavored beverages
- Dairy and soy beverages
- Concentrates and drink bases
A juice or beverage spout pouch project should start with the actual pouch laminate and fitment, not with a speed target alone. Film structure, pouch width, spout flange and filling conditions determine the tooling and heat-seal window.
For 70–160 mm pouches and 6–15 mm inner-diameter spouts, the KQ-2601A is the main reference model, with a stated output of 25–50 pieces per minute. Larger pouches should be checked against the KQ-2608C range of 180–350 mm pouch width and 8–22 mm spout inner diameter.
For a technical review, send representative pouch and spout samples, drawings where available, the required output and the intended seal test. Kengine can then compare the materials with the machine range and state the proposed tooling and operating assumptions in the quotation.
A machine may cover multiple formats when they remain within its mechanical range, but tooling and setup can change. Send each pouch and spout drawing before confirming the configuration.
Use the intended laminate and fitment for visual inspection, seal-strength checks and leak or pressure testing. Test results depend on temperature, pressure, dwell time and cooling.
No. Actual output changes with pouch stiffness, surface friction, spout geometry, feeding stability and the sealing cycle required by the material.
